Founded in 1923 and 1982, respectively, Linvosges and Françoise Saget are complementary brands specialized in home linen, with a strong identity that combines quality and creativity. Certified Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company), Linvosges has its own workshop in Gérardmer (Vosges), where linen articles are custom-made by highly qualified artisans. Located in Les Fougerêts (Brittany), Françoise Saget offers one of the market’s most extensive product ranges, with 50% of new products each year.

Using a versatile business model that combines a catalogue, the web and a national network of boutiques, MK Direct both managers, Marie-Françoise Kerhuel – Chairman, and Stéphane Poumailloux – CEO, have been able to position the Group as the sole cross-channel player in its segment. The leader in France with a market share of over 20%, MK Direct has more than five million customers and some 500 employees. MK Direct is already established in Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.

Anne-Laure Constanza, founder of ENVIE DE FRAISE, is partnering with Marie-Françoise Kerhuel and Stéphane Poumailloux, joining MK Direct top management, on July 2017. Anne-Laure Constanza is investing personally along with the founders of MK Direct and Eurazeo PME, having been a majority shareholder in the group since May 2016.

ENVIE DE FRAISE wishes to enter into a new phase of development and accelerate its growth by joining MK Direct.. This operation will allow for the creation of a core business dedicated to digital mums within a group striving to be a leader in Europe amongst female consumers. Supported by Eurazeo PME, the group is also capitalising on the combination of direct marketing and digital methods, pursuing its cross-channel transformation whilst accelerating its internationalisation.

The products of Linvosges and Françoise Saget from the MK Direct Group were awarded the Oeko-Tex label. This independent label certifies that textiles and their dyes are non-toxic and manufactured without harmful substances.
